Not this year, but a couple years ago when the Twins traded Matt Garza, I was pretty happy because he didn't seem like he was going to be that good. Then he had a pretty good year last season and I wished we had him back. Of course now he just threw a no-hitter, but on the other hand the guy the Twins got in the trade is having a career year, and that guy is Delmon Young. So I guess I was happy, then sad, and now happy again!

Can I Overturn my At-fault car accident?

Today I was in a car wreck with another, larger vehicle. It was at the intersection of hwy 141 and abbotts bridge in Johns Creek, GA. So basically, I was unfamiliar with the intersection, as I approached, what I thought would be a two lane turning intersection was just one.(umed because of heavy traffic). While stopped in traffic, I signaled with my blinker..and moved up half into the lane, in order to let the other driver know that I needed to merge. when the light turned green(we are at the back of the lane, not likely to catch light). The driver in the large suburban cremed my 350z. this is at speeds lower then 5 mph. I approached her vehicle and she told me that she didn't see my car..or the fact that I had my blinker on and needed to merge. She had kids as pengers and told me she was late picking up her kids and admitted fault in the wreck. After waiting 30 minutes for johns creek police. we chatted a couple of times and she was very apologetic for not seeing my vehicle in her very large, and occupied suburban. Once the officer arrived, he took our information, I guess put everything into consideration..came back and deemed me at fault for the wreck for an improper lane change. I'm uming because the nature of the car and my age, he umed the wreck was committed at the top of the intersection..(me trying to merge at the last minute without informing the driver I'm guessing). I then told him that we were not moving more then 5 mph and I had position in the lane, uming like we all do that the driver behind us is aware that we need to merge and is allowing us. Initially I thought this was a case of road rage because it seemed deliberate that the person would rather slam into my car then to let me over..(wasn't the case). Now.. I understand by law i'm at fault, but initially and STILL. I don't feel like i'm 100% at fault, not really even 50% but at this point, i'm trying to get it to where i'm no more then 50% responsible for the wreck. as you can imagine, her front bumper cremed my fender and part of my door on my nissan..and I was faced with having to drive my car home mangled up because the officer didn't take both sides into consideration. I guess what i'm wondering is, doesn't it count for something that she admits to hitting my car..admits that she couldn't see my sitting car, and admits that she was occupied with her children, both in the car..and the ones she was late to pick up. Im looking for a little insight. btw, i'm 20 years old..no prior wrecks. Also, I didn't receive a citation for the wreck, the officer said his printer jammed and I was lucky that I didn't receive a citation for the accident.

I brought a ipod touch 8GB 3rd Gen at best buy, after having trouble with the infamous iOS4 update I contacted Apple about it. of course they gave me all the low down about what it could be so on and so on, but when I gave them the serial number they tell me it's a ipod touch 8GB 2 Gen! I told them where I purchased it and they said they could only tell me what they get from the manufacture and to go back to best buy because they might have sold me something else, so I did when I explained it to one of the workers they ured me it was indeed a 3rd Gen they would absolutely not sell people something that was something else. at first I thought they might have just been covering their backsides but they took it and checked everywhere on the internet, even tried pulling it up on Apple's website but it was saying that it was a 2 and a 3rd Gen or saying it wasn't a valid serial number, which it very much was best buy gets their apple products directly through Apple and they get no profit at all from the products. the issues just seemed impossible to solve so they gave me a replacement instead, which shocked me best buy is awesome! now I believe Apple was the ones that had their wires crossed. and would you believe that they have the nerve to say my new one is a 2 Gen too?? Going to hershey park in 14 days?

Try the Storm Runners. Awesome. And the Wildcat is Okay. Most of the Steel Rollercoasters have loops, but the SuperDooperLooper is nice. It only has one loop and it's not very intense. The comet is alright, but it's older and the design reflects it. I just went in may, and it was raining and the park was totally empty. I rode the rollercoasters almost 10 times in a row. Be sure to try the mouse themed one, that has the sharp hairpin turns.

I need help potty training!!!?

My 2 year old daughter will be turning 3 in August and will start pre-k in September. Only problem is she is not potty trained and she must be by the first day of school or she will be held back and kept in the 2 year old room (that is if there is space). We have tried everything from bribes to special toys to big girl underwear. I believe that each kid must learn at his or her own pace, but now I am afraid she will be 4 and still not potty trained. She has regressed and now wants a pacifier all the time, which she never took as an infant, and is acting like a baby. Everytime I ask her to go potty, she says no and if I insist, she throws a fit. She has only gone number one on the potty maybe 3 times. I will catch her right before she goes poopy in her diaper and put her on the potty, but then she holds it while on the potty and waits until I put a diaper back on her before she does her business. I have tried everything! How much persistance is too much, how much is not enough?

Im perfectly fine at interpreting facial expressions and body language, but i usually need some extra help with hands on things i haven't done before, like sewing. My worst subject is math, they don't even bother putting me in a regular math cl because they know im going to fail it. I do good in all my other subjects. I also have emetophobia, the fear of vomit. I gave my daughter a pacifier since she was born and I fed her till I went back to work, she was close to age 1 by then. So the pacifier doesnt confuse the two at all, and she wont start refusing the at all, the is food, the paci is comfort to help her soother when tired, or cranky. I wouldnt worry about that at all. My sister's kids all had a pacifier, and they were all fed, my nephew actually was breastfed till 18 months and had a paci till he was 21/2. Dont worry your lil one wont stop breastfeeding :)

I am trying to get my security deposit back from my landlord. Here's the story: August 2009, I sign a month to month lease in just my name and the landlord is aware there is a roommate. Landlord collects $600 dollars from each of us, $1200 total, $600 for first months rent and $600 for security deposit. We move in August 1st. First week in October, it is discovered by my roommate that I am sleeping with his girlfriend. I actually told him but that is another story. My roommate and I agree we can no longer live together, that I would move out, and that he would take over the lease. Remember this is a month to month lease. When the landlord came around the property as he does every week or so, the three of us had a short meeting out on the sidewalk, explaining to him that I would be moving out immediately and that it was agreed that my roommate would take over the lease, and that my roommate would handle returning my security deposit to me. He didn't, of course. I move out approx Oct. 15. Nov. 1st I send a registered mail notice to landlord stating I have officially moved out, enclosed are keys, and please send me my share ($300) of security deposit. He signs for mail Nov. 3. He never sends me list of reason why sec. deposit is being withheld.I leave messages on his voicemail explaining that ex-roomie is not cooporating in regards to sec dep. No contact or return calls. Jan 1st. I file small claims suit against owner of building,(not the landlord) but the owner to demand sec. dep. Recieve letter from landlord dated Jan. 21 that "a few weeks ago" I came to him and told him I was moving out, that he recieved the messages that roomie was not cooperating, that he went and discussed situation with roomie and roomie said it was taking care of, therefore any disputes are between me and roomie, not me and owner or manager. Judgment for me is awarded Feb 1, becuase owner does not show up to summons hearing. Owner files to reopen judgment on Feb 19 because of "a mistake, inadvertence, and excusable neglegt, and that "her manager filed a 'timely' response and she did not know it would be disregarded" and "security deposit not yet due" Went to hearing today, Owner and Landlord present, and I am told I have to file an ammended summons for roomie to be present during hearing before we can proceed! Apparently roomie has stayed in apt. until Feb, then moved to Georgia, then moved back, payed no rent during this time, has been officially evicted by landlord, and is M.I.A. I was granted fee waivers because I am poor. How the hell am I supposed to find this guy's address so he can be served? Why the hell does this *** even need to be present? He has threatened my life. I did not trash the apt, he did. He's wrote a letter stating that that were are CURRENTLY roomies as of FEB, and that WE owe for JAN and FEB!! WTF!! Even if he gets served, he aint gonna show!! I'm told if I cannot verify current address, to use the last known address (which is the apt)! Why would I send the sherriff to an apt. to serve to someone I know for a fact does not reside there anymore!!! What are my options? How do I get this process moving again? I dont give a rat's *** about the roomie, I feel bad that owner and landlord are caught in middle of our feud, but I am entitled to get my share of the sec. deposit back cuz I didn't trash anything! What to do?

Cardio vs strength training?

Ok so here is my dilemma I have lost 4 pounds in three weeks but now of course I have stopped losing weight I have gone a whole week without losing weight when before I was losing 1 � a week by the way I am on weight watchers I also take kickboxing 4-5 times a week. I want to continue to lose more weight and I only have 6 more pounds to go so I have no idea whether I should increase my cardio or my strength training. In the kickboxing cl we do 20-25 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of cardio and I have been doing it for four years but on and off so I actually recently went back to it in aril I am so confused I am being told that after 8 weeks your body gets used to whatever work out you are doing so you have to change it. So what I need to know is should I be increasing my cardio or strength training and should I try a different workout now? I was told if you want to lose weight by your close increase strength training if want to lose weight by the scale increase cardio. So please someone out there help me. By the way I do eat right so its defently not my eating I am sure of it. if I increase strength training is that too much then because I already do 20 minutes of it in cl I really need detailed advice. I have long layered hair and my bangs are like that already. After you shower, comb your hair and part... as you desire... (far end obviously). I have straight hair as well, so this should work for you. I blow dry upside down. Once its half dry I add mousse. Comb again, same part. Blow dry upside down again. Once dry, use your brush to add wavy and train the hair to stay as you please. This may take a week or two to train your bangs to stay that way. Good luck!

Bearded Dragon hemorrhoid/ rectal prolapse?

I've had my bearded dragon for almost ten years now, and of course as the years go by it is becoming more and more apparent that he is getting old. He is still incredibly active and eats a lot, has all the right lighting, but his (pardon my wording) pooping has been getting weird. The no longer are nice little packages but are becoming smaller and more frequent. Twice in the last two days I've come home to find him struggling to poo and what I ume is rectal prolapse is going on. I give him a bath and a lot of water and after a few minutes it retracts. Is this ok? And I know I should take him to the vet, and I will (I'm just a struggling college student), but is there anything in the meantime that I should do? I took him to a vet about 3 months ago and the doc said he looked good for his age.

Should i be worried about lung pain?

I have a random lung pain at times. Clearly if the roles where reversed and the bikers thought that another club had done something against their code, they would punish them without fair-justice or right to appeal.

Installing a cigarettle lighter by my fuse box (under dash) in a jeep grand cherokee 05?

I bought a garmin gps nav it comes with a plug in for cig lighter, but I dont want the cords running all over the front of the car, so thought it might be easy to instal a cig lighter under the dash and run the wiring in there, and simply plug it in that way. I'd like to have constant power (ill be able to turn off the unit or unplug at the back of the device, that way the battery of the garmin will always be charged if i need it. is there an easy way to find out just what wire to use? i know the black goes to a screw to the metal of the car as a ground, i bought a circuit tester and have poked a red wire and the light goes on, but then as a test i picked some random green wire and did the same, the light went on too... how will i know if the power is constant, or just working if the car is running? I ume this isnt that difficult to do, but want to make sure i do it right and dont screw up anything with the car, or the garmin unit. any suggestions welcome, im sitting here waiting for an answer ready to do this! The other day my 5 yr old daughter was being a HUGE brat.
