I love to dress nice for myself and for my boyfriend. But in my area are all these African/Caribbran guys?

and they are disgusting. They shout things, proposition me and most of the time in front of their women. Have these people no respect or decency? How do I stop these men from being so crude and disgusting? What are these women thinking? Is an African man the absolute ruler of the Caribbean or African man or are the women in on it?
