What do I do with my 17yr old boy (child)?

My son is always telling lies to him self and others. he has always been that way and when he gets caught he starts telling you how crappy his life is. he just got suspended from school for calling the bus driver some mean names because she was listening to country music. But instead of owning up to it he starts the woe is me. he is 17yrs old
