Can someone face criminal action over false allegations?

ok it seems as though your wife wants to be near her dealer get her into some sort of AA help and make her go through with it she can not keep those children away from you... the age thing doesn't scare me as long as you are both over 18 the state or law can't touch you regardless... just hang in there
