Adverts on TV is it OK to kick the front of the TV in, when....?

Some " **** "starts on about sensitive teeth like it's a life threatening condition. Or is it just Cad over reacting ?...... PS best not do this when you are round a friends house watching TV, puts a bit of a strain on the friendship..
