How to convince my parents to let me sleepover?

My dad says I should be more creative in my ways to convince them and really I'm sick of it I don't know how to convince them I'm crying right now PLEASE HELP! btw my parents are from Syria if that might help you come up with something, Syrian parents are ALWAYS overprotective also I'm thirteen and sleepovers with other girls, not with guys.
