Should I drop Greg Olsen and pick up Todd Heap?

Here we go again with another fantasy football season under way and time spent combing the waiver wire. I have Joe Flacco (who I didn't start unfortunately) who will be starting until Carson Palmer starts putting up some #'s. I think its going to take Cutler a few games to settle in and the Ravens look to be on a mission. Please share your opinion, thanks!
