Should i be worried about lung pain?

I have a random lung pain at times. I also have been experiencing chest discomfort that sometimes is pain, but also feels like heartburn at times. a few weeks ago i had bad pluertic pain in my back and a little in my chest but not so much, and one night i couldnt breathe right at all so i was sent to the ER and the doctor there said that i had an asthma/anxiety attack. i went to my usual doctor the next day and he said that i had bronchitis, but he was in a rush so i just cant seem to believe that i have it, because my mother used to be a nurse and she doesnt think its right. i had bad, what i think was allergies a few weeks ago too, watery eyes, etc. but that seems to have went away. i have also been experience a little bit of stomach discomfort around my navel. and this dull ache around my shoulder blades, i do have scoliosis but its more towards my lower back and doesnt bother me much. if you could help at all with what i might have, id appreciate it!
