PLEASE HELP! I cannot find out how to deal with a simple traffic ticket in UT..?

My husband and I have been in Dr, UT for about a year and a half now and this is the 1st ticket I've got here. I got an improper backing ticket and I cannot figure out where to go to pay this.. If I can pay it online, or if I actually have to go to the court house, the DMV, or what?.. I have been checking online all day and I cannot find a single helpful thing! Things are obviously done different here from what I'm use to because I can't even find any info at all online, much less something even halfway helpful! :( Can someone PLEASE give me a website, a phone number, something, that would be helpful? I don't want to drive around to a bunch of different places for no reason.. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
